Dean7133
Hi All , Just after some advice please…… My wife and I, have been going through the visa process now for over 12 months and in a position to lodge our EOI (Offshore). Having lived out there previously we are only wanting to live in Brisbane and the surrounding areas. Having spoken with our migration agent today, the quickest and most realistic route seems to be sponsorship. My wife is a registered nurse in the UK and has worked in a aged care setting for the last 6 years with  13 years experience overall. I am wondering if any nurses working in a similar setting have been sponsored recently or in the past could offer some advice on this please? wrussell
Is your migration agent registered and did s/he not advise you about this?
Cobs_Ahoy
Hi Dean  How are  you are getting on with it all? I’m tearing my hair out waiting for QLD to reopen to offshore applicants, but I did email Queensland Health the other day to ask about sponsorship - the said the consider it on a case-by-case basis, and advised if I see a job advertised that I contact the names person to see if sponsorship is a possibility for that post. I stuck an EoI in for NSW the other week,  as figured I’d rather be north NSW than the East Midlands
