Darrenowen
Hi, this is the first time I’ve posted so hopefully I’m posting in the right place. My father has a Contributory Parent (Migrant) subclass 143 permanent residency visa. That was granted in 2018. He decided that he wants to make the move over permanently this year and want to be here by Xmas. His visa has already been validated due to coning back an forth from the UK for holidays. My question is I know that Quanta have now opened up flights form 14th November. Do you think he will be able to quarantine for 7 days at our residential address as this is where he will be living? He is classed as a permanent resident but doesn’t have proof of address yet?
Marisawright
The announcement is so new, no one knows yet. The pilot programs haven't even been completed. Perhaps tell him to change his address on a few things (like his bank) to your address, so he will have some statements or other correspondence addressed to him at your address by the time he's ready to fly. Don't use "c/o" though, just his name and your address.
