Burpengary, Morayfield and Narangba are cheaper places to live and you can tell when you drive through compared to others that we visited. Morayfield is where people go for cheap shopping. They are not as nice as Mooloolaba, Cotton tree, Nossa, Maroochydore etc Sounds blunt but it's true. I would still live in any of these suburbs though!! just some are nicer than others.
