wrussell Posted April 2, 2021 Author Share Posted April 2, 2021 The last time I dealt with Amazon I was offered a free trial of one of their services and after I failed to cancel the offer I had not requested and did not want, Amazon started billing me monthly. Amazon advised me to cancel using my Amazon account. l not find any such account, nor could Amazon. My financial institution advised me that the only way to stop the billing was to cancel the credit card. Just as well I had more than one card. I am still waiting for a refund.
