Gail Patricia
Hi I've just joined the group and wondered if anyone has any advice on a visitor visa 600 application that hasn't been processed in the 12 months since lodgement despite it being supposedly escalated in November due to urgent reason to travel? Permission to travel not granted as we have no current visa....chicken and egg situation??
Marisawright
Apparently you need to submit the visa application first, then submit the travel exemption application immediately, quoting your visa application reference number so they can connect the two. However it's not easy to get an exemption on a visitor visa.

We have, this morning had our visas granted so we can now try again for permission to travel. Try, try and try again!
