Hi all,

I got letter from CO for s57 natural justice comment on adverse information.

my wife applied her student visa after my 485 visa finished. We could not lodged visa because of health issues with my wife and my father. The person who lodge the visa did not mention my wife have 2 visitor visa refused. They raise the issue why you didn’t mention it as our records are showing different information and they ask justification for PIC 4020 as well. 
my father was so sick and wife is expecting we were mentally so stressed and could not go through the application even my father passed away after one day of visa lodgement. 
they provide us 8 days to respond but my agent didn’t check our application and 18 days elapsed already and we submitted our response after 18 days. Agent attached his declaration with explanation as it is his fault not us. Would it be justifiable and would we get our visa. 
As we were on 485 with full work right so I start business with my Auzi friend and we mentioned in our statement as we are employing 5 people will this thing effect our GTE?

If you already have an agent then I think they are the ones to answer your question.  Whilst our members have their own experience and keep up to date with the visa world, we are all amateurs and there are a couple of things that you say that would require some expert advice.

If i'm reading correctly, someone completed the application on your behalf - did your wife not sign to say that the information was correct?

Yes. Someone filled it on her behalf. 
Everyone told us overlooked it. But in earlier visa applications we already disclosed that information

Yes. Someone filled it on her behalf. She did sign it but Everyone of us overlooked it. But in earlier visa applications we already disclosed that information now Co is raising issue y we did not mention it this time.
