TrudiStrange Posted January 14, 2021 Share Posted January 14, 2021 Hi all, I am yet to start my research on this but thought I'd ask here as well - I'm planning on heading back to Australia with my child some 6-12 months before my husband is due to join us due to work and other commitments here. Is this likely to have an impact on his visa application (spouse)? It just occurred to me that it might make it trickier to prove our relationship.
