Mark&Karen
Hi all, wonder if anyone can help. I'm married to an Australian and we have two children. We've registered them both as “Australian by birth” and they now have their certificates to proof this. With this in mind, will they still be required to have a medical examination as part of the process for my Spouse Visa Application? Many thanks Mark
Guest Boomerang Skippy
Good News - basically you apply for Australian Passports for them - using their:v_SPIN: registered Aussie satus at Australia House and then they enter Australia on those - no need for medicals or anything like that.- They are Aussie Citzens and can come and go from Aust. as they please. - Good Luck Skippy
