You can fill the forms in on a computer first and then print and sign; but yes, they need to be filled in, signed and scanned. The 888s also need to be witnessed. lepea Posted May 6, 2020 Share Posted May 6, 2020 Hi with the form 888 the ones filled out in the U.K were done following rules for witnessing a document in the U.K. so a friend had her document witnessed by a friend who is on the occupations list.
