Hi can i claim points on skilled migration if i worked 1250 hours...  there are weeks that i worked less than 20 hours but if it is school break i worked more than 20 hours per week.. i collected that hours for 15 months and under student visa thanks..

It usually says that it has to be 20 hours per week, and goes on to say this should be 20 hours per week not an average of 20 hours per week.

Of course like everything it then says except in certain circumstances, but then omits to say what these circumstances might be.

In cases like this it will be best to talk it through with a migration agent as they can help you lay out the case in the best way to explain the fluctuations in hours worked.
