Not sure exactly but I think most agents will do parts of the process for you, reviewing paperwork etc. maybe @Alan Collett can advise. He’s an agent on here. Or you can contact one of the others if you prefer, the regular ones are all to be trusted and could possibly do a bespoke contract/cost for you.
