LMI, worth noting the bullet to get on the property ladder with a smaller deposit, rather than saving more and risk being caught by an upwards moving market? UK rental income and buy to let mortgage: how do these get taken into account when applying for an Aussie mortgage? Big 4 or smaller mortgage advisors?
