RCB Applied september 2017 RCB Approved nov 2017 Visa applied september 2017 Nomination approved March 2019 Further documention april 2019 ( RPL documentation , Medical , etc) Visa refused June 2019 Reason not provides some documention like job reference , ato summary but i provided all documention to my lawyer but he did not upload all documention . thats why co is not satisfied with documention and refused visa . what ever documention co mention i provided all to my lwayer but he did not upload anything. anyone have any suggestion for me what need to do . This is why you should use a Mara registered agent, not just a lawyer. I’d see if your lawyer will refund any of the cost, and then sack them and get a new registered agent if you wish to continue with migrating to Australia.
