snehalgomes Posted May 29, 2019 Share Posted May 29, 2019 Hi everyone, I need help. Recently I got TSS 482 short term visa. I am aware that there is no pathway to PR if your occupation is on STOL. But I have more than 10 years of experience. My other occupation is on MTSOl, so can I apply for skill visa 189 on that basis after landing to Australia? I meet all the necessary requirements. But do take professional advice as what's,e and you may think is equivalent experience can be very different to the department. We have had member think - very reasonably they qualify.
