When the 309 is awarded, how much time do you have to move to Australia? Do you have to move permanently straight away or within a certain time period? Also, if we are awarded the 101 visa straight away, does this change the time period/notice you have to move? Any links to the guidance on this topic would be really welcome. Thanks Its a 100, not a 101, that is a Child Visa First entry date is usually based on the date of either your police check or your medical, whichever was done first, and is usually 12 months from that date.
