Mayank Posted January 18, 2019 Share Posted January 18, 2019 Hi, I just got invite to apply for my 190 WA visa through the graduate stream and I have got 28 days to put all the documents. So my questions is if I submit all the documents before 28 days, will it grant me bridging visa as currently I am on student visa or do I have to wait for their actual invitation to come up through EOI. VERYSTORMY Posted January 18, 2019 Share Posted January 18, 2019 A bridging visa will only come into place once you actually apply after being invited AND your current visas expires. (Note expires not cancelled at cancelling cancels a bridging visa) As for processing, it is way too erratic now. Could be a few weeks or many months.
