MaggieMay24 Posted October 25, 2018 Share Posted October 25, 2018 On what basis would you appeal? AAT is if you think DHA has made an incorrect decision on a visa application. I know my nomination is withdrawn but in the Basis of PR application can I apply for appeal? For more information, I have not withdrawn my file yet after my employer withdrawn my nomination. Immigration give 28 days to withdrawn. After that my file will refuse and then can I apply for appeal in AAT? I would like to stay in Australia as much as I can. Can U plz advise me. Can U plz advise me.Unfortunately you won’t be able to appeal. There is only one way to extend your visa that needs to be done by applying another valid application.
