markelanduk Posted October 15, 2018 Share Posted October 15, 2018 Hi guys, I would very much appreciate some advice as to whether you think form 80 is necessary as part of the 309 visa application? I have been told by a couple of visa agencies that they're not generally required for someone in my situation. Just to give you an idea as to said situation - I am a British citizen from birth and have always resided in the UK. My wife was born in Australia, moved to the UK about ten years ago and we have been married for eight years. She acquired dual nationality (Australia and British) about four years ago.
