They are married for over 7 years having 3 kids.but when they received the I biometrics request letter from department it was showing subclass 300. Agent insisted that he applied for subclass 309. Anyways,He launched the error correction to the department. Just wondering why the department call thus application subclass 300 instead of 309.? And will department consider the application as 309 after lodging the error correction request? wrussell Posted August 28, 2018 Share Posted August 28, 2018 If the applicants are legally married, it is not possible to lodge a valid subclass 300 (prospective marriage) visa application. May I suggest that you request that your agent send you a copy of the application, which a registered migration agent must do. Unregistered agents can do anything they please.
