?My sister applied her visa 309 in May 2018 through agent from pakistan. They are married for over 7 years having 3 kids.but when they received the I biometrics request letter from department it was showing subclass 300. Agent insisted that he applied for subclass 309. Anyways,He launched the error correction to the department. Just wondering why the department call thus application subclass 300 instead of 309.? And will department consider the application as 309 after lodging the error correction request? Any advise would be highly appreciated, Many thanks

Hello everyone. I applied my 309 through agent in May 2018. When I got biometrics request letter for me and my kids... there were written "biometrics for 300 prospective marriage,instead of 309 partner visa" When I contacted my agent about this problem... he told it's written mistangley from department.. Anyway he immediately launched request to correct thus error to department... Can anyone guide about it?

I applied my 309 visa in May2018. And today 18th July the processing time has been changed(as shown in homeaffairs website ) Can anyone confirm will the previous time apply on my application. Or the new one?
