Siobhan_Enty
Hi we are looking at our points score. On the form for the skills assessment it states the 4 years of university counts as proficient English but I spoke to an immigration service and they said I would need to do an English test as well to score for proficient English. Has anyone been through this?
VERYSTORMY
What is required for a skills assessment is different to what is required for the other parts of the visa and different again for points. So, for your skills assessment, it may be enough from your university, but, if you are not from a English speaking country, you may still need an English test. Also many people need to do it regardless for the points - you only get the points for English by doing the test regardless of education or country of origin
Siobhan_Enty
Okay brill thank you. I'll do it anyway to ensure the points.
