SUPERSTARDJ01 Posted May 31, 2018 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Ok, so to be fare ahpra have been ok, but NMC insist on delivering my wife's record of good standing by royal mail, royal mail rely on auspost to deliver it, the last one they posted to anmac never turned up and this one is going the same way, my wife offered to pay for a courier to pick it up but NMC are refusing and want to email it, we've explained after asking ahpra if we could get it emailed over and them refusing that ahpra don't accept emailed docs, but they keep saying we've emailed them before, anyone have any advise? themaccas Posted May 31, 2018 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Very frustrating I agree. Mine was sent by mail from NMC and there weren’t any problems with it reaching AHPRA. Maybe get them to email it too it’s worth trying but they will still need a hard copy. They need a direct route NMC - AHPRA so surely email would be fine if they were able to verify NMC email account which should be very easy. themaccas Posted May 31, 2018 Share Posted May 31, 2018 This was 5 years ago, no I didn’t track anything, NMC just said they would send it and even though AHPRA sent me an email saying they were still waiting for it, they actually had received it!
