varun410 Posted March 1, 2018 Share Posted March 1, 2018 Hi, I applied for 489 visa for South Australia on 12th Sep 2017. I got many prompts 4m CO regarding various document requirements. I submitted all at once but got delayed in obtaining birth certificate for my wife which i finally submitted on 15th Feb 2018. Can anyone tell me when can i expect my 489 visa. Can anyone tell me when can i expect my 489 visa. @varun410 its difficult to say when you will actually receive the formal grant, but the average minimum time is 5 months and the maximum is 9 months, so expect somewhere in that bracket. sarah harmer Posted March 17, 2018 Share Posted March 17, 2018 I woke up this morning to find that after around 7 months and 1 week, I had an email to say that we have been granted a visa .
