We are in Kent - soon to be in Brisbane so if anyone here is looking to return to the UK and doesn't want the hassle of renting their house out and then having to rent a house in Kent please pm me. Thanks for looking Hi We are moving back to UK end of April for between 4-6 months. I am also thinking a house swap is a great idea. Each party can be pretty confident their house will be looked after as each are in their respective properties. You are looking for 12 months so may not be suitable for you, unless you are willing to consider a shorter period? We are on the Gold Coast, many people commute from here to Brisbane by car or train. 3 bedroom 2 storey house, with rear garden. Ensuite and walk in wardrobe to master bedroom.
