Hello everyone Anyone looking to visit their children/grandchildren in the Gold Coast area or wanting to visit here for a reccie and interested in a house swap? We are coming back to UK due to family circumstances from 12 April to 6 August. I know it is short notice but we are flexible and can swap for a shorter duration say 3 months May, June and July. Car swap included. We don’t mind where we go to in England or Wales ( compared to Australia the distances are short). There is just the 2 of us so one bedroom is fine, we have a spacious modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom duplex in Southport near Chirn Park. Hi We are moving back to UK end of April for between 4-6 months. I am also thinking a house swap is a great idea. Each party can be pretty confident their house will be looked after as each are in their respective properties. You are looking for 12 months so may not be suitable for you, unless you are willing to consider a shorter period? We are on the Gold Coast, many people commute from here to Brisbane by car or train. 3 bedroom 2 storey house, with rear garden. Ensuite and walk in wardrobe to master bedroom. I am struggling with doing searches. I want to concentrate on Aged parent contributory visas. Search shows zero results. Tried parent contributory again no results. Tried contributory in desperation still nothing.
