Jimjob Posted January 23, 2018 Share Posted January 23, 2018 Been in Oz only 4 more months on a 457 ... got hit with all the changes and only 2 years granted. Job on short term list. Realise that can apply for another temp visa after ie TSS.... Husband is 48 now so no hope of PR? know that the 2 year TSS has no path to PR but unsure if the same applies as we on 457 now ? 186 now has limit of age 45...but thought it also had a age waiver if done 3 years on a temp visa So if we did two years on 457 then 1 year on TSS would that enable a 186?
