They get all the UK Bank Holidays and all the Australian ones as well! At least DIMA in Oz only get the Australian BHs, However, like everywhere else, people tend to take the two days between Christmas & New Year off. Also they tack accrued annual leave onto the cluster of Bank Holidays. I think a slowdown from about 15 Dec to about 15 Jan is pretty well inevitable. Frustrating though that is, one hopes that the rest will produce a refreshed and re-invigorated staff once life gets back to normal in mid-Jan.
