TeacherClem
Hi, wondering if anyone can help with this. Do you need to be a practising catholic in order to teach at a catholic school in OZ? I’ve taught in catholic schools over here and it’s not been a problem that I am not catholic, however, I read somewhere that schools wouldn’t employ people out there unless they were practising catholics. benj1980
School's around here seem to prefer Catholics and it is on the application form in regards of getting references from your Priest but how much they take this into account who knows? I guess you could argue it's discrimination? If you have experience in Catholic schools surely that should boost your chances?
