luddite
Hi,I received my 189 visa grant around 2 years ago and recently I decided to start a doctorate programme in Australia. A few days ago, I was checking some past address information from my 1221 form, and came across my answer for the question "Do you intend to do a course of study in Australia?" and I had checked "No" for this for some reason (I guess I wasnt intending to when I applied). Is my answer in form 1221 going to be an issue preventing my from starting my PhD programme? Would it get me into trouble with immigration? From what I know, the 189 visa does give study rights as well, right?
MaggieMay24
If you answered the question honestly based on your intentions at the time, it wouldn't be an issue.
