I applied for Rsms so I wil be on bridging visa as Soon as my previous visa expires. As I am already working as a chef what happens if I have some dispute with the manager and they withdraw my application . Is there any option left for me , will I get more time to search other Sponser ? Or should I go to any visa before my current visa expires. Hoping to get answer. Thank you in advance . Nomination and visa - 15 December 2015 docs requested- 11 October 2016 ( don't know what they asked for nomination docs, for visa they asked for clear copy of Ielts) docs submitted- 04 November 2016 PR granted today- 15 November 2016 Ā i just still can't believe that my PR has been granted,checking my immi account again and again to make sure that this news is true. gogita Posted November 16, 2016 Share Posted November 16, 2016 Hi friends, i have a complicated situation in my 187 RSMS visa, I have lodge my( offshore) file on last January 2016 and my wife is being prangnant after that, my file is open and My CO has asked me to provide the medical for both of us, we still have enough time to due date, but what will happen ones the CO has come to know that my wife is being pregnant after we have lodge the file?And one more thing i have spoke to the medical doctor for the xray test and he said it is possible to do the xray test while in pragnancy it won't harm to the baby and it is absolutely safe. Should we go through? And will it be a valid Xray for the immigration purpose? If anyone of you have a proper idea or had faced the same situation pls advice me. Thanks... Vinnu. Ā They usually keep you waiting until your wife gives birth and yhe take medical exams and then you just have to add and pay one more applicant for you child.
