Anyway having below 4.5 you really don't deserve to be in Australia unless you are a refugee. Your test must have been completed within 12 months of visa application lodgement or can be completed during visa application processing." I know lots of family who got their VISA with 4.5 overall IETLS (2nd applicant) and they have used one of the top rated MA in Sydney so relax and wait. I think it should be at least 4 in each band.
