2015DEC187 Posted July 28, 2016 Share Posted July 28, 2016 I applied from Qld and my employer in Victoria and when I applied file went to nsw Pese and now it's opened by Victoria Pese And funny thing case officer for nomination and visa file are different and both files opened same day Both CO asked required documents for nomination and visa Ielts I can't provide for my wife anthor 20 days So am not going to have any news atleast one month.... And the requested certified copies of passports and my kids medicals, which we did supply in Nov! Why would they want medicals, police clearance and form 80 from my three step kids that are all over 18 and not immigrating with us????????? If it stamped September 2015 this means there is still 2 months left till 12 months. Ā as a secondary applicant your test must have been completed within 12 months of visa lodgement or can be completed during visa application processing. Ā Double check with your agent.
