Ā Congratulations!! Now I think it's our turn coz me and few more people are waiting from last year. My processing centre is WA as well. Ā and also agent put his duties like retail supervise but not like retail manger. Ā what he have to do next? did he go to AAT or apply new fresh nomination again? Ā I'd suggest to lodge a new application rather than getting stuck with this one Probably change the business and find a new employer I an sure that the case offices must of asked your MA to clarify all those things but he didn't handle it properly.
