I have full working Rights but my question is as follow:Can I apply Rsms 187 from new employer?Will I have full time working rights if I apply from new employer? As part of your 187 application, you would have made a commitment that you'd remain with your employer for 2 years. Submitting another 187 application for a different employer sort of calls to question your commitment on your first application, and that may cause you some grief for both.
