hi Guys

i applied my RSMS visa and nomination file together on 29 June 2017. MY question is i want first RCB approval or  not. because my lawyer already put file. how long RCB time to approve. and how long for nomination and visa takes time to approve or its approve together.

 

if without RCB we can lodge nomination and visa file or not.

 

please reply or anyone put file in june 2017

I think you can lodge your nomination and visa before rcb but your rcb must approve .after your rcb approve they will check your nomination and visa i got my rcb in 2 months and some of my friends got in 2 weeks. It is depend on your luck.
I applied nomination and visa seperately. My nomination took 9 months to approve. I applied visa on 3rd january 2017 .its already been 8 months .havent heard any news yet, not sure how long they gonna take
