Lol63
They sent us a form we had to sign and send back, (confirmation to work on your behalf) then emailed the forms for the skills assesment, they will go over it with you on the phone or by email and also send you draughts of what you need, we phoned constantly for advice and always got a reply and the help we needed. Hope this helps....Lol x

mrsmac
The company should send you a contract before they start doing any work on your behalf and this should have full details of all the costs involved. Did they not send you a quote detailing their fees? A contract would confirm this.
