If you complete time sheets for work (and need this as backup documents for a visa application), that would be up to your employer. EDIT: Oh, if you meet the Google spreadsheet to track the status of your application, then you can edit it whenever there is a change (e.g. asked for more information, provided health/police check, etc.).
