Here's a list of the builders who work on the development. It might be worth contacting them to see if they're short of plasterers: http://communities.lendlease.com/yarrabilba/resources/builders/ Moving somewhere where you're relying on just one development sounds like putting all your eggs in one basket. I'd be settling somewhere a bit more populated on the Gold Coast, you can always commute from there. However, before you can get a job you're going to need to get a visa, and from your previous posts that sounds doubtful - I'd suggest having a consultation with a MARA registered migration agent to sort out what your options are, before you waste any more time on research.
