Does anyone currently know the processing times for him please so he has an idea of how long he has to be off shore? However, had a 8503 stipulation attached to e600 12 month tourist visa (an oversight on my sponsor's part). He had to leave and be added off shore. I am ready to apply as secondary applicant as defacto, but can't find on the immi website as to which form I complete? How do I send all of our evidence?
