Pertenhall
We applied for a Contributory Parent Visa 143 in March 2015 and like everyone else are waiting – rather impatiently. Although all the instructions say to wait until you are told before arranging your medicals I see quite a few do this beforehand. Can anyone tell me if there a time limit on the results of the medicals. We don’t want to have them and then find we need to re-do at a later stage. Many thanks for any advice. Becks22
I'm not sure for your kind of visa but for ours (PR189) it was 12 months I think. I would just wait. They are really easy to book and to do so it won't be a case of when you need to do them you will have to wait months, or even weeks.
MaggieMay24
The medicals and police checks are only valid for 12 months, so best to wait until you're asked for them.
