Changing employer on 457

Hi, has anyone had their 457 visa transferred over to new employer then decided not to take offer of employment?

If so what we're the repercussions? Do you start your 90 days to find new sponsor again?

If you have accepted offer and started 457 transfer and another job offer arised, are you able to cancel the previous application?

 

Any info would be great fully appreciated. I know I could possibly find these answers from immigration helpline but we all know what they are like.

I assume you're still required to resign from your current employer as they are no longer your sponsor. You'd then have 90 days to find another sponsor. I think that may be exponentially more difficult as a new sponsor would question whether you'd remain with them.
