If so what we're the repercussions? Do you start your 90 days to find new sponsor again? If you have accepted offer and started 457 transfer and another job offer arised, are you able to cancel the previous application? Any info would be great fully appreciated. I know I could possibly find these answers from immigration helpline but we all know what they are like. MaggieMay24 Posted March 15, 2016 Share Posted March 15, 2016 I assume you're still required to resign from your current employer as they are no longer your sponsor. You'd then have 90 days to find another sponsor. I think that may be exponentially more difficult as a new sponsor would question whether you'd remain with them.
