We will lodge our part of the visa if the nomination part gets approved. We are not doing direct entry just the temporary residence transition stream. Has anybody done this recently this way? Just wondered on processing times for the nomination part? Also do i (as a partner) have to fill out form 80? MaggieMay24 Posted March 14, 2016 Share Posted March 14, 2016 Processing for the nomination and the application are each taking approx. 6-7 months. Form 80 is not mandatory unless it's asked for.
