I applied my rsms visa on 22 april and after like 8-9 months immigration refused my nomination for rsms for some reasons .. I have strong evidence that i can win but my question here is that can anyone tell me pls how long it will take me to get hearing date for apeal ? Or should i decline my rsms file and apply again ? I am really confuse that if i should leave it like this or take it back and apply again RSMS ..
