Melbourne Events

Hi Margie here....can you advise where to see all Melbourne events. Is it only by calendar, as I noticed

there is only one bbq event and its in QLD.

 

your help would be appreciated.

1) What sort of "events" do you mean? Do you mean social meet ups?

Yes, sorry I am new to this website....seems very busy with lots of categories. I of course didnt mean to post in "transport & shipping". I unfortunately used my mobile to do the post and I inadvertently pressed the wrong category.

yes, basically looking to see if you guys have social events from time to time so we can meet up with likeminded people.

I couldnt see anything listed for Melbourne or surrounding areas of Victoria.

 

Could you please advise, as I mentioned before I am new to this and hopefully if I can find enough time, I will be able to navigate

the website a bit more thoroughly.

Easy done when posting from a phone

 

I've moved this to our Victoria section for you. Hopefully those Melbourne way can give you some feedback.

 

I am not sure there are many organised get togethers for PIO members in and around Melbourne. Some on here becomes friends and meet up, others not.

 

It may be worth posting in our Socialising section if you want to try to organise a specific meet up with other ex pats in your area. Or post a bit more on the forum, see if you can find others also looking to make friends and so on.

 

In the meantime I found this guide for whats on around Melbourne that might have something that appeals or gives you some ideas of where to go/meet up in future.
