You must have held a permanent residence visa for at least 12 months You must not have been out of Australia for more than 12 months in total in those 4 years You must not have been out of Australia for more than 90 days in the 12 months prior to application. What will happen if u stay 12 months away during 4 years stay in Australi?? do we need to stay another 4 years or just to stay 12months extra to cover that gap??
