cjenky
I would also say yes. I was married in the Dominican republic so my marriage certificate is in Spanish and I had to have that translated.
silverchair
Hi does anyone know if its mandatory that a birth certificate in Spanish is NAATI translated into English for an visa application... (specifically 820 visa online app) Thanks You would need to translate any non-English documents into English. A translator outside Australia does not need to be accredited, but they must endorse the translation with their full name, address, telephone number, and details of their qualifications and experience in the language being translated. This information can be verified from the dept. website. http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa/Info
CaptainC
I second all of the other poster's here. Any document not written in English must have a translation.
