Jescenia24
I applied for the Partner Visa September 2014, a month ago i received the email that my visa application has been progressed. Unfortunately in that same month my mother was diagnosed with cancer, so I applied for a bridging visa B, which I am currently on, I flew back to my hometown to see my mother and flew back to australia the same week, this visa ceases the 15th of september this year. But now last week I had to make a trip to Monterrey, Mexico, my mother illness (cancer) has taken a turn for the worst. As far as my partner has informed me, I can not apply for another Bridging visa B being outside Australia. IWhat can i do? will this affect the decision on my partner visa? And I want to know if I can apply the ¨form 1005 application for a bridging visa¨ (replace bridging visa ceased)?. Thank you!

blossom
I would contact a agent on this one. You don't want to risk getting it wrong.
CaptainC
@Jescenia24 I'm so sorry to hear about your mother. I back up Blossoms post above, you really need to speak to a registered agent. I wonder whether @Alan Collett or @wrussell may be able to offer their valuable assistance in the mean time.
