bqjt Posted August 21, 2015 Share Posted August 21, 2015 No shipping company will be willing to take your stuff if you do not have a visa, unless someone else is receiving it on your behalf. But no, you cannot ship before visa grant, well it would have to be a commercial shipment if you, which would presumably mean lots of taxes to pay on everything.
