Que Sera Sera Posted July 19, 2015 Share Posted July 19, 2015 We found it varies hugely to be honest. I'd also maybe lower expectations on going straight into. Leading Hand/Senior role. When my OH was working as a CNC Machinist he was earning just over $100,000 per year but this was with shift allowance too. Not sure if this is any help.
